The Judgment on China＇s Reality by Lewis Turning Point
文章对中国是否进入＂刘易斯拐点＂进行了探讨,认为现阶段中国农村劳动力转移已进入关键时期,转型期中国农村劳动力转移呈现出更为复杂的特点,但不符合刘易斯二元经济理论的基本条件。要实现劳动力有序有效转移,应进一步完善农村劳动力政策：公共财政支持建立农村青年技能培训和转移就业综合服务体系;加快城市化进程促进更多农村剩余劳动力有效转移;逐步构建城乡统一、全国一致的基础性社会保障制度;率先推动实现区域内城乡居民间基本公共服务同质同价;实现农村劳动力从农村劳动…查看全部>>
