毛竹渣中提取木糖的水解工艺研究OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Study on hydrolysis process of the xylose extraction from bamboo residue
对从毛竹渣中提取木糖的水解工艺进行了研究,在单因素实验和正交实验的基础上,得到最佳水解条件：水解温度120℃,水解硫酸浓度1.2%,水解时间3h,水解料液比1∶6,木糖收率21.56%。
The extraction of xylose from bamboo residue was studied. The optimum process based on the single factor and orthogonal test was as the following=the temperature was 120℃,the concentration of sulfuric acid was 1.2%,the time hydrolysis was 3h,the material-solution ratio was 1：6,the extraction yield was 21.56%.
