冷刺激吞咽训练+吞咽障碍治疗仪治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效观察OA
Clinical observation of cold stimulation swallowing training combined with deglutition disorder therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of swallowing disorder after stroke
目的 探讨冷刺激吞咽训练+吞咽障碍治疗仪治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的治疗效果.方法 将160例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者按入院顺序分为康复组80例、对照组80例,康复组采用冷刺激吞咽训练+吞咽障碍治疗仪进行吞咽障碍治疗,对照组采用摄食训练、基础训练(口唇运动训练、面部肌肉训练、下颌运动训练).结果 康复组治疗总有效率达97.5％与对照组(80.0％)比较差异具有统计学意义(x2=22.96,P＜0.01).结论 冷刺激吞咽训练+吞咽障碍治疗仪治疗脑卒中后吞咽…查看全部>>
