正交设计法优选穿山龙提取物的提取工艺OA
OrtHogoNal test for optimizatioN of extractiNg procedure from Dioscorea nipponica
目的:优选穿山龙提取物的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计进行条件优选,以总皂苷和薯蓣皂苷的含量作综合评价。结果优选的提取工艺为:穿山龙加入10倍量60%的乙醇,提取3次,每次1 h。结论该工艺简单合理,稳定可行,可作为穿山龙提取物的提取工艺。
Objective To select the optimal extracting technology for the extraction from Dioscorea nipponica. MetHods The procedure was selected with the contents of diosgenin and total saponins from Dioscorea nipponica by orthogonal test design.
