耳后注射甲强龙对全聋型突发性聋疗效分析OACSTPCD
The Effects of Postauricular Injection of Methylprednisolone on Total Sudden Hearing Loss
目的：研究耳后注射甲强龙治疗全聋型突发性聋的疗效。方法回顾2011年至今收入我院耳鼻喉科的突发性聋病例，选取其中全聋型者45例，按照有无耳后注射甲强龙分为耳后注射组及非耳后注射组，分别比较两组治疗有效率及治疗前后各频率提高幅度。结果在125、250、500、1000、2000、4000、8000 Hz各频率，耳后注射组听力提高值依次为29.25±5.11 dB HL，32.75±5.07 dB HL，32.50±3.28 dB HL，28.75±…查看全部>>
