五年制免费幼儿师范男生教师职业认同调查研究OA
Investigation and research on the occupation identity of Five-year vocational tuition-free normal boy students to the preschool teachers
2011年,江苏省开始招收免费幼儿师范男生。通过自编量表进行测试发现:免费幼儿师范男生教师职业认同总体水平比普通幼儿师范女生略高,但差异不显著;不同入学动机的免费幼儿师范男生的教师职业认同感存在显著差异;不同年级、不同家庭经济状况、是否教师家庭等因素对免费幼儿师范男生的教师职业认同感不存在显著差异。注重社会舆论的宣传和导向,深入开展教育教学改革实践活动,实行分层培育,能够促进免费幼儿师范男生的教师职业认同水平提升。
