局部晚期鼻咽癌调强放疗联合含奈达铂不同方案同期化疗的疗效分析OA
Curative effect analysis of IMRT combined with nedaplatin chemotherapy of different schemes on patients with local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma
目的:探讨调强放疗联合不同含奈达铂化疗方案治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的临床疗效.方法:86例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者随机分组,观察组43例应用紫杉醇+奈达铂(TP)方案化疗联合调强放疗,对照组43例加用5氟尿嘧啶(TPF)方案化疗联合调强放疗;比较两组近、远期疗效及不良反应.结果:两组患者近、远期疗效无统计学意义(χ2=0.124,0.345,P>0.05),对照组患者消化道不良反应发生率明显低于观察组(χ2=4.653,P<0.05),两组白细胞…查看全部>>
