The diagnostic value of combined detection of DCP,GP73 and AFP-L3 in primary liver cancer
目的：探讨血清异常凝血酶原（DCP）、高尔基体蛋白73（GP73）及甲胎蛋白异质体（AFP‐L3）联合检测在诊断原发性肝癌（PHC）中的临床价值。方法选取2013年7月至2015年8月该院肿瘤科收治的78例PHC患者，慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）患者86例，肝硬化（LC）患者70例作为研究对象，另选取同期健康体检者80例作为健康对照组，比较4组研究对象DCP、GP73及AFP‐L3在不同人群中的血清水平及各项指标单项及联合检测对PHC的诊断效果。结果 …查看全部>>
