抗纤灵是何立群教授多年的经验方,经反复临床实验证明,具有较好的临床疗效.近10年来,笔者在不断总结其疗效的基础上,采用不同的造模方式,运用不同品系的动物,采取不同形式的给药途径,围绕着引起肾纤维化的四大因素,从致炎因子或炎症因子、促纤维因子(细胞因子,生长因子,血管活性因子的表达,趋化黏附因子)、纤维化形成因子、肾结构和功能改变等方面着手,结合信号通路,对抗纤灵机制及疗效做了详细的观察和探讨,结果表明抗纤灵能够通过部分信号通路,影响肾纤维化的部分…查看全部>>
