数值模拟技术在车钩钩舌铸造中的应用与实践OA
Application of Numerical Simulation Technology in Coupler Knuckle Casting's
以F51AE型钩舌的铸造工艺为研究对象,对钩舌生产过程中出现的缺陷进行分析.使用数值模拟仿真技术对钩舌试生产工艺过程进行还原,根据模拟结果进行了浇注系统的优化,得到了满意的铸件凝固过程.经生产验证,铸件质量明显改善.
Taking the casting process of F51AE type coupler knuckle as research object,the defeet produced in the process was analyzed.The numerical simulation technology was used to restore the production process of the coupler knuckle.According to the simulation results,the gating system was optimized and the satisfactory solidification process was obtained.Production practice indicates that the quality of casting's was improved significantly.
