目的 观察Q开关1064nm激光联合微针导入氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效.方法 选取我科2017年6月-2018年6月收治的黄褐斑患者90例, 随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例.治疗组:采用滚轮微针导入氨甲环酸联合Q开关1064 nm激光治疗, 间隔半月, 两项治疗交替进行, 疗程持续5月;对照组:采用Nd:YAG1064nmQ开关激光治疗, 每月1次, 连续5次.治疗完成后1月评价疗效及患者进行满意度.结果 治疗组有效率95.55%, 对照组…查看全部>>
