Determination of 21 organophosphorus pesticides in poultry eggs by metal organic framework compound ZIF-8 based on QuEChERS-GC-MS/MS

基于改良QuEChERS前处理方法结合气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS),建立了禽蛋中 21 种有机磷农药残留量的检测方法.样品经乙腈提取,金属有机框架材料-沸石咪唑酯骨架(ZIF-8)净化,用GC-MS/MS测定,采用HP-5ms柱进行分离,电子轰击离子源(EI)多反应监测模式(MRM)检测,以空白基质提取液匹配标准溶液外标法定量.结果表明:21 种有机磷农药的仪器检出限(LOD)在 0.1〜5.6 µg/kg之间,方法定量限(LOQ)在0.3〜9.6 µg/kg之间,相关系数(R2)均在0.9959以上;在10、20和40 µg/kg 3个添加水平下,21 种有机磷农药在禽蛋中的平均回收率在85.9%〜118.0%之间,相对标准偏差在 1.3%〜5.2%之间(n=6).该方法快速、操作简便、灵敏度高、准确,在禽蛋中有机磷农药残留检测中具有良好的应用前景.

To establish a method for the determination of 21 organophosphorus pesticide residues in poultry eggs by modified QuEChERS pretreatment and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,purified by metal-organic framework material-ZIF-8,and analyzed by GC-MS/MS.HP-5ms column was used for the separation,and the electron bombardment ion source(EI)was employed with multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode for the detection.The matrix matched external standard calibration curves were used for quantitative analysis.The results indicated that the instrument limit of detection(LOD)for 21 organophosphorus pesticides were 0.1〜5.6 µg/kg,and the limit of quantification(LOQ)was 0.3〜9.6 µg/kg.The correlation coefficient(R2)of the calibration curves for the compounds was above 0.9959.The average recoveries of 21 organophosphorus pesticides in poultry eggs at three spiked levels(10、20 and 40 µg/kg)were 85.9%〜118.0%(n=6),the relative standard deviations(RSDs)was 1.3%〜5.2%.The method was rapid,sensitive and accurate.It has a good application prospect in the detection of organochlorine and organophosphorus pesticide residues in various poultry eggs.
