基于PMC指数模型的中国绿色金融政策量化分析OACHSSCD
Quantitative Analysis of China's Green Financial Policies Based on PMC Index Model
绿色金融政策的有效实施能够规范金融秩序,对政策对象起到培育激发、引导调节、约束限制等作用,从而有效推动我国绿色经济增长.基于PMC指数模型,结合文本挖掘与内容分析方法,选取2个中央级、8个省级绿色金融政策进行政策量化分析,研究发现:整体来看政策水平优良,8项政策等级评价为优秀,2项为可接受,无不良和完美级政策;各项政策在发布机构、政策时效、政策受众、政策评价、政策公开方面一致性程度较高;得分较高的相关政策总体呈现目的性强、重点突出、内容全面的特点…查看全部>>
