折光仪法在线检测盐酸和氢氧化钠溶液浓度的研究OACSTPCD

Establish an online refractometer method for accurately measuring the concentration of hydrochloric acid solution and sodium hydroxide solution(hereinafter referred to as the concentration of acid and alkali solution).By analyzing the influencing factors of pH meter method and refractometer method to detect the concentration of acid and alkali solution,the best detection method-refractometer method was selected;Verified the accuracy and daytime precision of the refractometer method for detecting the concentration of acid and alkali solution.The impact of the installation of side pipelines and changes in the angle and flow rate of the main pipeline on the detection effect was studied,as well as the impact of configuring explosion-proof cleaning brushes on the detection effect.The results indicated that the refractometer method had more stable detection results and was more suitable for detecting the concentration of acid and alkali liquids.The absolute difference between the detection results and the theoretical value was within 0.1%,and the intra-day and inter-day precision was＜6%.By using the established online detection method for acid and alkali concentration as a means,the pipeline configuration was improved,combining with the flow rate being automatically adjusted by a flow meter,the automatic allocation of acid and alkali concentration was achieved,and the concentration of the prepared acid and alkali was well controlled within the range of 0.7%to 0.9%.
