农药残留对人体健康以及生态系统的平衡造成了严重的威胁,食品中农药残留问题已经引起了全球关注,开发简便、快速、稳定的食品中农药残留检测方法是目前研究的热点.通过查阅文献,文章对碳量子点传感器的制备及其在食品中农药残留检测进行了概述.碳量子点材料经过修饰和改性后,可以用作荧光传感器,来检测不同食品中的杀虫剂、除草剂、土壤抑菌剂、抗生素等药物残留.荧光碳量子点(CDs)具有低毒性、较好的稳定性以及耐光性,在检测食品农残方面具有较好的优势,伴随可视化碳量子点传感器的发展,可以实现食品中农残的现场快速检测.荧光碳量子点传感器在农残检测领域应用的研究和发展具有潜力.

Pesticide residues pose a serious threat to human health and the balance of ecosystems,and the problem of pesticide residues in food has attracted global attention,and the development of simple,rapid and stable detection methods for pesticide residues in food is currently a hot research topic.By reviewing the literatures,this paper provided an overview of the preparation of carbon quantum dot sensors and their application in detection of pesticide residues in food.After modification,carbon quantum dot materials could be used as fluorescence sensors to detect drug residues such as pesticides,herbicides,soil bacteriostatic agents,and antibiotics in different foods.Fluorescent carbon quantum dots(CDs)had low toxicity,good stability and light resistance,and had good advantages in detecting food pesticide residues.The research and development of fluorescent carbon quantum dot sensors application in pesticide residue detection had potential.
