Basic Connotation and Future Direction of High-Quality Development of Basic Education Under the Guidance of Chinese Path to Modernization
党的二十大描绘了中国式现代化的宏伟蓝图,开启了中国式现代化的壮丽征程.基础教育作为国民教育体系的根基,在中国式现代化的伟大征程中发挥着支撑性和基础性作用.中国式现代化赋予了基础教育高质量发展新的时代内涵,彰显了基础教育大规模高水平普及、高质量公平、高智能数字化、高标准终身化等时代特征.在中国式现代化引领下,基础教育高质量发展的实践路向要明确"为党育人、为国育才"的根本方向,构建"减负降压、提质增效"的基础教育生态体系,加快推进县域基础教育"优质公平、高质均衡",依靠"技术增值、赋能创新"推进基础教育数字化转型,优化完善"育人为本、铸魂立德"的大思政课体系,弘扬高尚师德,建设高素质专业化教师队伍.
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China described the grand blueprint of Chinese path to modernization and opened the magnificent journey of Chinese path to modernization.As the foundation of the national education system,basic education plays a supporting and fundamental role in the great journey of Chinese path to modernization.Chinese path to modernization has given a new era connotation to the high-quality development of basic education,highlighting the era characteristics of large-scale and high-level popularization of basic education,high-quality fairness,high intelligent digitalization,high standard lifelong development,etc.Under the guidance of Chinese path to modernization,the practice path of high-quality development of basic education should clarify the fundamental direction of"educating people for the Party and the country",build a basic education ecosystem of"reducing burdens,reducing pressure,improving quality and increasing efficiency",accelerate the promotion of"high-quality,fair,high-quality and balanced"basic education at the county level,rely on"technology appreciation,enabling innovation"to promote the digital transformation of basic education,optimize and improve"educating people first,casting soul and building morality"establish a comprehensive ideological and political education system,promote noble teacher ethics,and build a high-quality and professional teaching team.
