大数据发展为义务教育公共服务带来创新动能,促进供需精准对接,并推动治理模式由经验判断转向数据驱动的精确匹配.然而,义务教育公共服务在适应这一技术浪潮的过程中,仍面临诸多挑战.研究立足于供需匹配理论,围绕需求侧管理、供给侧回应与大数据驱动三大维度,构建出大数据驱动下义务教育公共服务供需匹配的行动框架,从而揭示精准化管理过程的运作机理,为服务持续性优化提供有力支撑.为推进基础教育扩优提质,实现义务教育公共服务供需匹配,应坚持新基建工程建设、数据制度健全、数据智脑建成、供给模式优化、动态监测系统探索以及智慧评估体系构建等关键路径.

The development of big data brings innovative momentum to compulsory education public services,promoting a precise connection between supply and demand,and facilitating a shift in the governance model from empirical judgment to data-driven precise matching.However,compulsory education public services still encounter numerous challenges in adapting to this technological trend.Based on the theory of supply and demand matching,and focusing on the three dimensions of demand-side management,supply-side response,and big data utilization,an action framework is constructed for matching the supply and demand of compulsory education public services,driven by big data.This framework thereby reveals the operating mechanism of the precise management process and provides strong support for continuous optimization.To promote the expansion and enhancement of basic education and achieve the matching of supply and demand for public services in compulsory education,key paths such as the construction of new infrastructure projects,robust data systems,establishment of data intelligence capabilities,optimization of supply models,exploration of dynamic monitoring systems,and development of smart evaluation systems should be followed.
