劳动在人的发展中起着重要作用,人工智能给人类劳动带来一系列机会和挑战.厘清智能时代人类劳动的变与不变,是把握劳动教育变与不变的逻辑基点,更是探讨当前劳动教育发展路向的逻辑前提.人工智能既改变了人类劳动方式,也从引导劳动教育智能化生长、引领劳动教育专业化发展和促使劳动教育迭代升级等方面,赋能劳动教育.面对智能技术对人类劳动的挑战,需劳动教育重塑尊重劳动、热爱劳动的社会风气,关注智能素养的培育,并从课程、学生、教师三方面变革传统教育范式.同时,由于智能技术本身的局限性,劳动教育仍需培育人不可替代的劳动能力,明确技术为人服务的主体价值,并在劳动中逐步推动人的全面发展.以此,既回应智能时代需求,又坚持教育自身的价值和意义.

Labor plays an important role in human development,and artificial intelligence brings a series of opportunities and challenges to human labor.Clarifying the changes and invariance of human labor in the era of intelligence is not only the logical basis for grasping the changes and invariance of labor education,but also the logical premise for exploring the current development direction of labor education.Artificial intelligence not only changes human labor,but also empowers labor education by guiding the intelligent growth of labor education,leading the professional development of labor education,and promoting the transcendence and upgrading of labor education.In the face of the challenges posed by intelligent technology to human labor,labor education needs to reshape the social atmosphere of respecting and loving labor,pay attention to the cultivation of intelligent literacy,and transform the traditional education paradigm from the three aspects of curriculum,students and teachers.At the same time,due to the limitations of intelligent technology itself,labor education still needs to cultivate people's irreplaceable labor abilities,clarify the subject value of technology in serving people,and gradually promote the all-round development of human in labor.In this way,it not only adapts to the needs of the intelligent era,but also adheres to the value and significance of education itself.
