以当归及牡丹皮两味中药配伍为研究对象,采用不同工艺提取,柱层析精制,使用高效液相色谱检测方法分析阿魏酸与丹皮酚的含量变化,并结合响应面设计软件获取最优提取条件;应用抗氧化活性检测手段分析当归牡丹皮提取物的抗氧化活力,通过酪氨酸酶活抑制实验、抑菌实验以及使用德国CK多功能皮肤测试仪分析当归牡丹皮提取物的体外功效作用.结果表明:当料液比为 1∶20,提取温度为 60℃,使用 70%乙醇超声提取 60 min可获得较好的物质含量基础;体外实验表明:当归牡丹皮提取物具有很强的抗氧化活力、酪氨酸酶活抑制性及抑菌效果,在体实验显示当归牡丹皮提取物在用量比为2∶1 时具有最佳的美白效果,这提示当归牡丹皮组合物是一种潜在的抗衰老、抑菌、护肤类天然食用原料.

Taking the compatibility of two Chinese herbs,Angelica sinensis and Peony bark,as the research object,the contents changes of ferulic acid and paeonol were determined by HPLC with different extraction and purification processes,and the optimal extraction conditions were obtained using response surface design software.The antioxidant activity of the extracts of Angelica sinensis and Peony bark was evaluated through methods like tyrosinase inhibition assays,antimicrobial assays,and the use of the German CK multifunctional skin tester to assess their ex vivo efficacy.The results showed that when the material-liquid ratio was 1∶20,the extraction temperature was 60℃,and using 70%ethanolic ultrasonic extraction for 60 min,a substantial material content foundation was yielded.Ex vivo experiments showed that the extract of Angelica sinensis and Peony bark had strong antioxidant activity,tyrosinase activity inhibition and antibacterial effect.In vivo experiments showed that the extract of Angelica sinensis and Peony bark had the best whitening effect at the dosage ratio of 2∶1.This indicated that Angelica sinensis and Peony bark composition had potential as a natural ingredient with anti-aging,antibacterial and skin care properties.
