Abstract
The theoretical foundation of the vocational undergraduate universities'high-quality development mechanism is rooted in the integration and interaction of multiple internal and external elements.Self-organizing motivation stems from the stimulation of internal educational concepts,goals,etc;while other organizing forces are guided by external factors such as politics and economy;The co-organization driving force integrates internal and external elements to jointly expand the high-quality development path.Its internal operating mechanism focuses on strengthening the connection between education and social economy,improving adaptability and innovation,optimizing management processes,improving evaluation systems,and cultivating high-quality applied talents;The external linkage mechanism focuses on the coordinated development with regional society,economy,and culture,building an adaptive education model,cultivating professional skilled talents to help economic transformation,promoting regional cultural characteristics,and cultivating high-quality talents with cultural heritage.In this process,stimulating the vitality of internal and external elements is the key issue,optimizing internal management and improving education quality is the foundation,and linked development with all aspects of the region is the goal.关键词
