Optimization of extraction process of organic acid from Ribes stenocarpum Maxim.and its antioxidant activity

采用响应面法优化狭果茶藨子果实有机酸的提取工艺,并对其抗氧化活性进行研究.结果表明狭果茶藨子果实有机酸最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度39 ℃,料液比1∶33g·mL-1,超声浸提34 min,此时狭果茶藨子果实有机酸提取量达70.26 mg·g-1;狭果茶藨子果实中的有机酸表现出良好的抗氧化活性,其对DPPH自由基、ABTS+自由基、羟自由基的清除率最高分别可达81.75%、89.55%与79.12%.本研究可为狭果茶藨子果实有机酸的高效提取及其开发利用提供理论依据.

The Response Surface Methodology(RSM)was used to optimize the extraction of organic acids from Ribes stenocarpum Maxim.and its antioxidant activity was studied.The results showed that optimal conditions for extracting organic acid from Ribes stenocarpum Maxim.were identified as follows:extraction temperature of 39 ℃,material-to-liquid ratio of 1∶33(g/mL),and ultrasonic extraction time of 34 minutes.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of organic acid from Ribes stenocarpum Maxim.was 70.26 mg/g.The extracted organic acids demonstrated significant antioxidant properties,with maximum scavenging rates of 81.75%against DPPH free radicals,89.55%against ABTS+free radicals,and 79.12%against hydroxyl free radicals.This study provides a theoretical basis for the efficient extraction and development and utilization of organic acids from the fruits of Ribes Stenocarpum Maxim..
