Preparation of uniformly deposited Ag nanoparticle arrays on silicon substrate and their application in testing SERS spectra of non-edible pigments

提出一种乙醇辅助的化学镀银技术,在单晶硅片表面制备出分布均匀、平均粒径为 39 nm的银纳米粒子阵列.与传统的化学镀银技术相比,在化学镀银溶液中引入高浓度的乙醇,使形成银纳米粒子的粒径相对标准偏差从 60%减小至 28%.均匀的银纳米粒子阵列呈现出表面等离激元效应和表面增强拉曼散射(surface-enhanced Raman scattering,SERS)活性.以罗丹明6G为探测分子,银纳米粒子阵列SERS基底表现出较好的重现性,最强特征峰强度的相对标准偏差为 13.1%.进一步,基于该基底材料建立了苏丹红Ⅰ、碱性橙Ⅱ、酸性橙Ⅱ、玫瑰红B、碱性嫩黄O、孔雀石绿、结晶紫等 7 种非食用色素的SERS特征图谱,并测试了不同食品基质对其SERS图谱的影响,为食品中非食用色素的快速识别提供了新途径.

A ethanol-assisted chemical Ag plating technique was proposed in this paper to prepare a distribution of uniformly dispersed Ag nanoparticle arrays with an average particle size of 39 nm on a silicon wafer surface.Compared to conventional chemical Ag plating techniques,the introduction of high concentrations of ethanol in the Ag plating solution reduced the relative standard deviation of the Ag nanoparticle size from 60%to 28%.The prepared uniformly deposited Ag nanoparticle arrays exhibited the surface plasmon polariton effect and the strong surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)activity.Using Rhodamine 6G as the probing molecule,the Ag nanoparticle array SERS substrate demonstrated good reproducibility,with a relative standard deviation of the peak intensity of the strongest characteristic peak at 13.1%.Furthermore,based on the substrate of Ag nanoparticle arrays,the SERS fingerprint spectra of seven kinds of non-edible pigments,including Sudan Red I,Basic Orange Ⅱ,Acid Orange Ⅱ,Rose Red B,Basic Auramine O,Malachite Green,and Crystal Violet were established,the impact of different food matrices on the SERS spectra of the non-edible pigments above was tested.This study provides a new approach for the rapid identification of non-edible pigments in food.
