母乳低聚糖(Human Milk Oligosaccharides,HMOs)有调节菌群平衡,提高细胞免疫力,促进婴儿大脑发育等诸多功效,是近年来国内外的研究热点.其中的乳糖-N-新四糖(Lacto-N-neotetraose,LNnT)和乳糖-N-四糖(Lacto-N-tetraose,LNT)作为核心成分被广泛关注.本文综述了LNnT和LNT的生物合成研究进展,汇总了各国家地区注册法规批准情况以及国内外添加HMOs的相关产品应用,讨论了其未来的发展方向,为LNnT和LNT在未来的市场化提供了参考.
Human Milk Oligosaccharides(HMOs)have become a research focus both domestically and internationally in recent years due to their various benefits such as regulating microbial balance,enhancing cellular immunity,and promoting infant brain development.Among them,lacto-N-neotetraose(LNnT)and lacto-N-tetraose(LNT)have been widely concerned as core components.This review summarized the research progress of LNnT and LNT biosynthesis,summarized the registration and regulatory approvals status in various countries and regions,as well as the application of related products containing HMOs domestically and internationally,and discussed its future development direction,so as to provide reference for the commercialization of LNnT and LNT in the future.
