中国幅员辽阔,气候、地貌和土壤类型复杂多样,不同葡萄酒产区易发灾害类型不同.各产区现有的灾害防控技术、新的灾害防控技术研究以及未来的发展方向尚缺少总结性比较.本文从中国葡萄酒产区的发展和划分切入,概述了低温霜冻、越冬冻害、冰雹、大风、雨涝、干旱和高温等葡萄生长期遭遇的主要灾害类型在各产区的发生时间、原因及其现存的防控和补救措施,分析其差异和共同点,将不同产区灾害防控技术进行总结归纳,指导葡萄的田间栽培管理.另外,文章还归纳分析了近些年新的灾害防控手段,并基于此探讨了未来不同灾害防控的发展方向,期望能为未来葡萄防灾减灾提供一定的理论支撑.

China has a vast territory,with a complex and diverse climate,landforms,and soil types.Different wine production areas are prone to different types of disasters.There is still a lack of summary comparison of existing disaster prevention and control technologies,new research on disaster prevention and control technologies,and future development directions in different production areas.Starting from development and division of wine producing areas in China,this paper summarized the occurrence time,causes and existing prevention and control measures of the main types of disasters encountered by wine grapes during growing period,such as low temperature frost,overwinter freezing damage,hail,wind,rain and waterlogging,drought and high temperature in different producing areas,analyzed their differences and common points,and summarized and integrates disaster prevention and control technologies in different producing areas,to guide grapevine cultivation management in the field.In addition,this paper summarized and analyzed new disaster prevention and control measures in recent years,and based on this,explored the future development direction of different disaster prevention and control,hoping to provide certain theoretical support for future disaster prevention and reduction of wine grape.
