为提高包装机研发生产中异形件的制造效率,设计一种光固化3D打印机数字孪生监控系统,可有效保证光固化3D打印机生产异形件的质量.通过Unity3D构建虚拟机,Arduino开发板构建交互设备,以串口通讯方式实现虚拟机和实体机的连接.系统运行稳定,可实现光固化3D打印机运行状态的监控,以及打印层厚、成型平台姿态等关键数据的监测等功能.试验表明,打印层厚监测精度达0.01 mm,成型平台姿态监测精度达0.001°,在打印机正常工作时,将包装机收膜辊轮的生产时间缩短至3.5 h.研究为包装机的快速研发制造提供一定的理论基础和新的解决方案.

In order to improve the manufacturing efficiency of shaped parts in the development and production of packaging machines,a digital twin monitoring system for light-curing 3D printers was designed,which can effectively ensure the quality of shaped parts produced by light-curing 3D printers.The virtual machine was constructed by Unity3D,the interactive device was constructed by Arduino development board,and the connection between the virtual machine and the physical machine was realized by serial communication.The system operates stably and can realize functions such as monitoring the operation status of light-curing 3D printers and monitoring key data such as printing layer thickness and molding platform attitude.Tests show that the printing layer thickness can be monitored with an accuracy of 0.01 mm,the molding platform attitude can be monitored with an accuracy of 0.001°,and the wrapper take-up roller production time can be reduced to 3.5 hours during normal printer operation.The research can provide some theoretical basis and new solutions for the rapid development and manufacturing of packaging machines.
