Relationship between polymorphism sites of adiponection and it′s receptor gene and the susceptibility of colorectal cancer
目的:研究脂联素及其受体基因多态性与结直肠癌易感性之间的关系.方法:370例结直肠癌患者为实验组,370例健康体检者设为对照组.每例取全血3 ml,裂解红细胞后提取DNA.用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)位点检测技术,检测脂联素基因多态性位点(rs266729、rs822395、rs822396、rs2241766、rs1501299)及其受体基因多态性位点(rs12733285、rs1342387)的基因型,比较两组各位…查看全部>>
Objective: To explore the relationship between polymorphisms in adiponection and adiponec -tion receptor gene and risk of colorectal cancer .
