The role of low dose CT as part of the same 18F-NaF PET/CT in detecting bone metastases in lung cancer
目的:研究18F 标记氟化钠 PET/CT (18F-NaF PET/CT )评价肺癌骨转移中低剂量 CT 在良恶性病变鉴别上的价值。方法:回顾性评价18F-NaF PET/CT 在34例初始诊断的肺癌患者中发现的118个骨骼病变(恶性47个,良性71个),分析这些病变在低剂量 CT 上的影像表现。结果:47个恶性病变中27个(57%)在低剂量 CT 上有明确的形态学改变,其中溶骨性病变20个,成骨性病变 7个;另外20个恶性病变(43%)在低剂…查看全部>>
Objective Retrospectively evaluate low dose computed tomography (CT) as part of a combined 18F-NaF positron emission tomography (18F-NaFPET/CT) examination in lung cancer patients suspected of bone metastases.
