Running Logic,Dynamic Mechanism and Practical Enlightenment of Rural Sports Events

Abstract
Based on the background of rural revitalization era and the theory of actor network,this paper takes Guizhou Village BA as an example to explore the operation logic and dynamic mechanism of rural sports events,and then extract its practical enlightenment.The study found that the operation of village BA is a dynamic process of actors'interests interlocking,competition and cooperation game,contradiction generation and resolution,which goes through four stages:problem appearance,interest grant,enrolment and mobilisation,and objection adjustment.That is,on the basis of clarifying the interest demands and action obstacles of the actors,the village committees connect the actors with the common goal of promoting the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside through the high-quality development of the village BA,and then attract more actors by means of competition recruitment and other ways,and constantly resolve the contradictions of people and property to form a stable interest alliance,which is essentially a translation of the network of actors.The dynamic mechanism of village BA is required by the good life to drive,organizational construction guidance,characteristic cultural support of the internal power and national strategic guidance,digital communication empowerment,the external power of multiple subjects.The root of its stable operation is that the actors behind the power source make unremitting efforts around the common goal,and reach a balance of interests,then to form a continuous positive interaction.The practical enlightenment of the emergence of village BA is to recruit a wide variety of actors and weave a stable network of event actors,promote the governance and sharing of diverse actors to build a community of event governance,expand the event translation space and platform to stimulate the sustainable development of the event.关键词
