Running Logic,Dynamic Mechanism and Practical Enlightenment of Rural Sports Events
立足乡村振兴时代背景,基于行动者网络理论,以贵州村BA为例,探究乡村体育赛事的运行逻辑与动力机制,进而提炼其实践启示.研究发现,村BA的运行是一个行动者利益互嵌、竞合博弈、矛盾产生与化解的动态过程,历经问题呈现、利益赋予、征召动员、异议调适4个阶段,即村两委在明确行动者利益诉求与行动障碍的基础上,以村BA高质量发展推进乡村全面振兴的共同目标对行动者加以联结,继而依托赛事征召等方式吸纳更多行动者,并不断消解人财物等矛盾从而形成稳定的利益联盟,其实质…查看全部>>
