Application of DNA Barcoding Technology in Species Identification of Ultrafine Granular Powder of Herbal Medicine
目的：建立中药破壁饮片的 DNA 条形码鉴定方法。方法：通过提取15个品种的中药破壁饮片的基因组 DNA，并利用 DNA 条形码鉴定技术中的 ITS2和 psbA-trnH 两个片段进行物种鉴定。结果：ITS2可以成功地对这15个品种进行鉴定；psbA-trnH 也可对大部分的样品进行鉴定。结论：说明 DNA 条形码技术在中药破壁饮片的物种鉴定上可以得到很好的应用；同时也验证了以 ITS2为主，psbA-trnH 为辅助的药用植物 DNA 条形码…查看全部>>
