黄花蒿对大蒜化感作用研究
Allelopathy of Artemisia annua L.on Allium sativum

Abstract
In order to explore allelopathy of Artemisia annua L.on bulb germination and seedling growth of Allium sativum,bulbs of A.sativum were treated by different mass concentrations of water extracts from leaves,roots and soil around roots of A.annua.The bulb germination rate,seedling growth and content of chlorophyll of A.sativum were determined.The results showed that bulb germi-nation rate,seedling height,and root length,and content of chlorophyll a,content of chlorophyll b,content of chlorophyll of seedling,and POD activity of seedling,and fresh weight of seedling,and plant height of A.sativum were decreased with the increasing mass concentration of water extracts of A.annua;But MDA content of seedling of A.sativum was promoted with the increasing mass con-centration of water extracts of A.annua.It was found that allelopathy of water extracts of A.annua on A.sativum occurred with bulb germination rate and seedling POD activity and content of chlorophyll a,content of chlorophyll b,content of chlorophyll and seedling growth inhibited and the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation and stress harm strengthened,and allelopathic effects of extract solu-tion of A.annua on A.sativum were increased with higher concentration of water extracts of A.annua.The research will give us ad-vice on cultivation of crop plants and medicinal plants and allelopathy of plants.关键词
