The Cultivation of Field Engineers in Vocational Education:Why Can It Be Done and How Can It Be Done

Abstract
For digital and intelligent career scenarios in key areas such as the advanced manufacturing industry,the implementation of special cultivating of field engineers in vocational education is not only necessary to enhance the adaptability of vocational education and promote industrial transformation and upgrading,but also to optimize the supply structure of talents to enable the construction of manufacturing power,highlight the characteristics of vocational education types,and have its logic to follow.In practice,it is necessary to deepen the integration of production and education,build a field engineers college based on specialty groups,promote digital empowerment and innovative cultivating mode based on apprenticeships,implement specialty accreditation and build the cultivating standard of"accreditation + vocational qualification certificate",strengthen key capabilities and cultivate teaching innovation team,strengthen thematic research and consolidate the theory and practice of vocational engineering education,and contribute the vocational education wisdom and engineering strength with the practical achievement.关键词
