高速综合检测列车对于确保高速铁路系统安全、高效运营极为重要,研究提出了高速综合检测列车交路计划双层优化模型,上层优化分配高速综合检测列车巡检路径,下层优化高速综合检测列车巡检时间,通过添加中间变量解耦非线性约束,并基于Gurobi优化器设计配套求解算法,同步实现了月度综合检测列车巡检路径最优和车底运用最合理,以及按月执行的综合检测列车巡检计划变化最小、跟车班组人员适应性最优的目标;并以某月全国高速铁路网综合检测列车巡检计划为例,对优化方法的可行性和有效性进行了验证,结果表明该方法大大提高了高速综合检测列车检测效率和任务分配均衡度,可为综合检测列车实际巡检工作优化提供理论和方法支撑.

High speed comprehensive inspection trains are crucial for ensuring the safety and efficient operation of the high speed railway system.This paper proposed a bi-level optimization model for the routing scheme of high speed comprehensive inspection trains.The upper level is to optimize the inspection routes,while the lower level is to optimize the inspection timings of high speed comprehensive inspection trains.By introducing intermediate variables to decouple the nonlinear constraints and designing the supporting solution algorithm based on the Gurobi optimizer,the model simultaneously achieved the objectives of optimal monthly inspection routes,the most reasonable allocation of rolling stock,minimal changes to the monthly inspection scheme of high speed comprehensive inspection trains,and optimal adaptability of crew members.Besides,taking the inspection scheme in a certain month of the high speed comprehensive inspection trains as an example,the paper verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization method.The results demonstrate that this method significantly improves the efficiency and task allocation balance of the high speed comprehensive inspection trains,and can provide theoretical and methodological support for optimizing the actual inspection work of high speed comprehensive inspection trains.
